Skills Canada National Competition
The Skills Canada National Competition is the only national, multi-trade and technology competition for students and apprentices in the country. Each year, more than 550 competitors from all regions of Canada come to SCNC to participate in over 40 skilled trade and technology competitions.
I was flown out to Winnipeg to represent Team Ontario for Photography on the Secondary level. And after a intense 3 day battle with some of the most wacky photography challenges I've ever seen, I managed to secure second place in Canada! (see submissions at the bottom of the page)
Skills Ontario Competition
This was the second qualifier to Skills Canada, after the York Region Skills Competition. We were tasked to take event photos for the competition. Our bus arrived quite late, and I had to run to my station. This was essentially a fitness test, and I was dashing around all the booths to get as many shots as I could.
